The Ld. Counsel appearing for the parties agreed on expeditious disposal of the S.A. pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal -III, Mumbai (D.R.T). The appeal was filed challenging the interlocutory order and on making the pre-deposit a stay was granted in favour of the Appellant stalling the Sarfaesi measures.
It is submitted by the parties that the pleadings are complete before the DRT. The Ld. Counsel appearing for the auction purchaser submits that he may be impleaded in the S.A. as he has not been made party. He shall make appropriate representation before DRT to get himself impleaded.
The S.A. No. 87/2021 shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible. The stay against Sarfaesi measures, by consent, shall continue till the disposal of the S.A.
