1 . In this case, Appellant filed IA 826/2017, Waiver Application under Section 21 of RDB Act, 1993, and my Predecessor in Office decided said Application on 22.09.2017, and directed Appellant to deposit money equivalent to 35 Million US Dollars, within a period of four weeks and failure to deposit, would result in dismissal of Appeal and posted the matter to 20.10.2017, for compliance. As Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka stayed the matter, same is recorded on 20.10.2017, and case is adjourned from time to time, because of pendency of case before Hon’ble High Court.
