Advocate for petitioners/appellants submitted that main Appeal, viz., MA(SA)13/2013 is disposed of on 4.5.2023 and appellants are entitled for refund of pre-deposit made as per orders of this Tribunal dated 29.3.2023 in IA 45/2022(Waiver).
Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, application is allowed as prayed for and Registry shall refund the deposited amount with accrued interest, if any.
