Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that this is collusive litigation between the father and son.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the property in question was never mortgaged, which has been denied by the learned counsel for the respondent-bank. The learned counsel further submits that a short date may be given for preparing the matter.
In view of the above, list this case for hearing on 21.03.2024, on which date the appeal shall be heard finally.
