Learned counsel for the respondent-bank submits that pursuant to the earlier order dated 09.02.2023, he has obtained instruction, according to which the present litigation is a proxy litigation, which is initiated by the appellant in connivance with the respondent no. 3. Let the respondent file reply within two weeks after serving copy of the same upon the counsel for the appellant, who may file rejoinder within two weeks thereafter.
List this case on 10.05.2023 for hearing. Till then the interim order, if any, shall continue.
