It is seen that summon notice is published in English language in vernacular newspaper. Ld. Advocate for appellant submits that it is a general practice at Visakhapatnam that any kind of notices including court notices are published in English language in vernacular Newspaper.Hence prays to place the matter before Hon’ble Chairperson for admission since service has been completed upon all the respondents.
