Regarding affidavit in support of the Stay Application (I.A. No. 83/2023), it has been submitted by the Ld. Counsel that interim relief has been sought in the Appeal itself which is being supported by the affidavit, hence, fresh affidavit in support to the Stay Application is not required and will argue the same before the Hon’ble Court.

The instant Appeal has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against interim order dated 12.01.2023 passed by the DRT, Dehradun in S.A. No. 71/2021. Expedite Application (I.A. No. 82/2023), Stay Application (I.A. No. 83/2023) have also been filed along with the Appeal.

List this case before Hon’ble Chairperson on 02.02. 2023 for admission.
