Regarding page Number 120, Ld. Counsel for the appellant has submitted that it is the best readable copy available with them. Defects reconciled. Proper court fee paid.

Regarding delay he has submitted that certified copy of the impugned order was delivered on 20.12.2022 and the Appeal has been filed on 19.01.2023. Ld. Counsel has further submitted that in view of the urgency let the matter may be placed before the Hon’ble Court.

The instant Appeal has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against final order dated 02.12.2022 of DRT, Ranchi in S.A. No. 54/2019. Urgency Application (I.A. No. 60/2023), Stay Application (I.A. No. 59/2023) have also been filed along with the Appeal.

List this case before Hon’ble Chairperson on 02.02. 2023 for orders.
