I.A. No. 418/2023 is filed by Respondent Nos. 3, 5, and 7 to the set aside ex-parte order made against them in the Appeal.
The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Appellant vehemently opposed the application on the grounds that sufficient reasons are not stated.
Going through the application, I find that there is no reason to decline the prayer for setting aside ex-parte order against them.
Hence, the application is allowed and the ex-parte order made against Respondent Nos. 3, 5, and 7 is set aside.
They are at liberty to file a reply to the Appeal Memorandum. Post on 21.09.2023 for the reply.
