Ld. Counsel Mr. PijushKanti Ray is present on behalf of Miscellaneous Applicant and files affidavit of service which was served upon Ld. Counsel of Respondent No.1by e-mail and Ld. Counsel of Respondent No. 2 & 3 by hand. He submits that the remaining Respondent No. 4 was not appearing in main appeal since inception despite of newspaper publication, so the restoration application was not served upon said Respondent.

Hence, Ld. Counsel for Applicant is directed for effective service upon Respondent No.1, by hand or post.
