Learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 submits that the photographs have been received from the Tribunal below, which shows that by giving false statement before this Tribunal, the appellant has obtained the interim order, which may be vacated.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the contention of the respondent is not sustainable and further submits that due to heavy rain, a huge mud had come on the land in question and the same was being removed and nothing else was being done.
Let the reply be filed by the appellant by the next date. The stay vacation application shall be considered on the next date.
