The present appeal has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against the final order dated 19.12.2022 passed by the DRT, Jabalpur in S.A. No. 316/2022.
The report of the Registrar dated 17.03.2023 shows that the waiver application being I.A. No. 216/2023 is pending consideration and the demand draft for Rs. 16,10,008/-, which is 25% of the amount due, has been deposited as predeposited.
Issue notice to the respondents on the waiver by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
