Learned counsel for the appellant has filed certified copy of the document issued by the DRT to show that the document, which has been filed, was duly signed by the authorized signatory and he states that the said document has also been filed before the Tribunal below and the same has also been filed along with the memo of appeal.
However, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that the document filed by the appellant has not been signed by the authorized signatory and he seeks a week’s time to verify the same, as the only question involved in the present matter is as to whether the said document is signed by the authorized signatory or not.
