Present: Shri Alok Rai, counsel for the appellant,
Learned counsel for the appellant contends that entire amount due has been deposited in excess by the appellant, which is also indicated in the order of Presiding Officer, DRT, Patna, copy of which has been appended at page no. 45 of the paper book, therefore, it is contended that no amount is due, hence no amount is required to be deposited towards pre-deposit.
Issue notice to the respondents by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
