Shri Abhishek Kapadiya, holding brief of Shri P.K. Srivastava, Learned Counsel for the appellant is present and submitted certified copy of the impugned order and also provide affidavit in support of Stay Application.
The present appeal has been filed by Bank under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against the interim order dated 18.05.2023 passed by DRT, Dehradun in S.A. No. 31/2023. Urgency Application (I.A. No. 425/2023) and Stay Application (I.A. No. 426/2023) has been filed.
In view of the urgency made out by the appellant-Bank, list this case before Hon’ble Court on 31.05.2023 for admission.
