Learned counsels for the respondents state that they shall file reply by the next date.
Learned counsel for the appellant has drawn attention of this court to the page no. 159 of the paper book, which is an order dated 23.09.2019, by which the appellant had been granted the interim relief by the DRT, Patna. Learned counsel prays that since the respondents are not filing reply, therefore, interest of the appellant may be protected.
In view of the above, all the parties concerned are directed to maintain the status quo qua the property in question, as it exists today till the next date.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank states that possession of the property has already been handed over to the auction purchaser.
