Heard the learned counsel for the applicant on the urgency application being I.A. No. 261/2023.
The averment made in the said application shows that the auction has already been effected in year of 2018 and no good ground is made out for expediting the proceeding of the case, which is fixed for 01.05.2023. Accordingly, the urgency application being I.A. No. 261/2023 is rejected. Let the case be listed on the date already fixed i.e. 01.05.2023.
