Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank states that he has received instruction on behalf of the Bank and seeks time to file reply.
Shri Shivaji Singh, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the auction purchaser and states that he is necessary party. If the auction purchaser is necessary party, then he may move appropriate application as per law for enforcement of his right, if any.
List this case on 02.02.2024 for reply. Till then the interim order, if any, shall continue.
