Present: Shri S. K. Pandey, counsel for the appellant, Shri Sandeep Arora, counsel for the respondent-Bank,
Heard the learned counsel for the appellant.
Issue notice to the remaining respondents by three modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D., Speed Post and Dasti. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that he has not been served with the copy of appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he shall serve the same upon the counsel for the respondent-Bank during course of the day, who may file reply by the next date fixed.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the property has been auctioned and sale certificate has also been issued in favour of the respondent no. 4-Auction Purchaser and possession has also been handed over to him.
