No pre-deposit has been made. Applicant has filed a Waiver Application stating therein that in compliance of orders dated 31.05.2023 and 26.06.2023 passed by the DRT, Dehradun, he had deposited the entire dues of Rs. 38,32,091.93 with the Bank in the form of DD and no further amount is required to be deposited. A Photocop of D.D. is annexed at Page No. 86 of Appeal.
The present regular appeal has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against the final order dated 11.10.2023 passed by DRT, Dehradun in S.A. No. 132/2023. Urgency Application (I.A.
