Shri S.K. Pandey, Ld. Counsel for the appellant-Bank is present. Ld. Counsel corrected Para 10 of the appeal and submits certified copy of the impugned order. Ld. Counsel has also submits receipt of filing court fee of Rs. 29,575/- and Rs. 19,925/- totaling Rs. 49500/- as deficit court fee through on line mode.
Proper court fee has also been paid on three I.As, with online filing.
Defects reconciled.
The present regular appeal has been filed by Bank under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against the final order dated 26.09.2023 passed by DRT, Patna in S.A. No. 249/2022. (Urgency Application I.A.
