Heard the learned counsel for the applicant on the urgency application being I.A. No. 1033/2023.
In para 8 of the said application, it has been stated that the possession of the property in question has already been taken from the appellant on 06.12.2023, on the basis of which the urgency application has been filed.
After perusing the averment as made in the urgency application, the same is allowed and the date already fixed for 07.03.2024 is preponed to 11.01.2024.
