The application has been filed on behalf of A.P. State Financial Corporation Ltd. against the order dt.18.02.2019 in OA/391/2001 passed by the Ld. Presiding Officer, DRT-I, Hyderabad. Application fees of Rs.30,005/- vide T.R. no.113933 dt. 21.12.2020 has been paid along with the application.
The Vakalatnama has been filed by the Ld. Advocate, Mr. N. Sreenivas.
The case is under the jurisdiction of this Appellate Tribunal.
