The application has been filed on behalf of State Bank of India against the order passed by the Ld. Presiding Officer, DRT-1, Kolkata, order dated 17-08-2021 in IA/1520/2021& IA/1521/2021arising out of SA/89/2017. Application fees of Rs.205/- vide T.R. no.115264 dt.17-09-2021 has been paid along with the application.
