THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :

Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that in the Sale Notice dated 30^th December, 2018, at page 139 of Volume-II of the Memo of Appeal, demand for Rs.7,89,010.00 has been made. Learned Counsel further submits that as per para 8 of the Memo of Appeal, Volume-I, an amount of Rs.2.00 lac was deposited by the Appellant in ‘No Lien’ Account. Learned Counsel Respondent Bank submits that he has not been served with the copy of the Memo of Appeal (Volumes-I and II). Copy of the Memo of Appeal be provided to the Learned Counsel for Respondent Bank within a period of three days.
