THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
I have gone through the impugned order. It is submitted that Respondent No. 1/Allahabad Bank has since been merged with Indian Bank. Learned Counsel is to carry out necessary amendment regarding nomenclature of the Respondent Bank in course of the day.
So far as question of impleadment of the auction purchaser is concerned, the same would be considered at the time of hearing.
List the matter tomorrow, i.e. on the 28th of April, 2022 for hearing at serial No. 1.
