THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that they have not been served with copy of the I.A. 50 of 2021 and I.A. 93 of 2021, although in the affidavit of service the appellant has stated that they have served the copy. However, in the interest of justice appellant is directed to serve copy of I.A. 50 of 2021 and I.A. 93 of 2021 upon the learned counsel for the respondent during the course of the day. Respondent may file objection, if any, within two weeks with advance copy to the appellant who may file rejoinder within two weeks thereafter.
