Present: Shri Maneesh Mehrotra, counsel for the appellant, Miss Ashwani Pal, Advocate holding brief of Shri Sandeep Arora, counsel for the respondent-Bank,
Pursuant to the earlier order 08.11.2021, notices were issued to the respondents, but the office report dated 12.05.2022 reveals that no affidavit of service has been filed by the counsel for the appellant to authenticate that the service of notice has been made upon the respondents. The report further shows that the Registrar vide order dated 19.02.2021 had directed the appellant to file waiver application, which has not yet been filed. Let the affidavit of service as well as waiver application be filed by the next date.
