Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the arguing counsel Shri Prashant Kumar is indisposed today, therefore, he seeks adjournment.
Perusal of the earlier order dated 05.08.2022 shows that none was present on behalf of the appellant on that date and today also, adjournment is being sought on his behalf.
List this case on 15.11.2022 for admission. If no one appears on behalf of the appellant on the date fixed, appropriate order shall be passed.
