Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he wants to file rejoinder to the reply filed by the respondent no. 3-Auction Purchaser. He may do so by the next date.
Learned counsel further submits that proof of publication has been filed with respect to the service of notice on the other respondents, who have not appeared till date. However, they have already been directed to be proceeded ex-parte vide order dated 26.04.2019.
