Counsel, Mr. KaushikBhatta submitted to file fresh newspaper publication on the date next hearing as in last occasion inadvertently newspaper publication in vernacular had been done in English language. However instead of fresh newspaper publication Ld. Counsel has filed a petition vide IA 426/2022 on date for acceptance of the earlier publication.
None appears for respondents.
