Scrutiny of the application observed the followings:
The application has been filed on behalf of Abhijeet Power Ltd against the order passed by the Ld. Presiding Officer, DRT-3, kolkata, order dated 14-7-2021 in OA/712/2016. Application fees of Rs.255/- vide T.R. no.115379 dt.06-12-2021 and Rs.29750/- vide T.R. no.115381 dt.07-12-2021(Total Rs.30005/-) has been paid along with the application.
The case is under the jurisdiction of this Appellate Tribunal.
The Application is well within the period of Limitation.
