Ld. Counsel, Mr. Kaushik Bhatta along with Mr. Aniruddha Sinha are present on behalf of appellant and files affidavit of service for newspaper publication upon respondent no.1,3,4,9,12,13 & 14. On the date of last hearing Ld. Counsel, Mr. Kaushik Bhatta submitted to file fresh newspaper publication on the date next hearing as in last occasion inadvertently newspaper publication in vernacular had been done in English language. However instead of fresh newspaper publication Ld. Counselhas filed a petition vide IA 425/2022 on date for acceptance of the earlier publication.
Ld. Counsel, Ms. Sharmistha Pal appears for respondent no.7 and submits that they are yet to receive paper book.
None appears for other respondents.
Post the matter before Hon’ble Chairperson on 08-12-2022 for direction.
