THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
I.A. No. 425 of 2022.
Heard the Learned Counsel for the Appellant and perused the record. It appears that inadvertently publication in the vernacular language newspaper was done in English language which is not in accordance with Rules. Accordingly, Appellant is hereby directed to take steps for fresh publication of notices in a newspaper in vernacular language. Affidavit of service be filed within a period of three weeks. Learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 5 submits that he will file vakalatnama for Respondent No. 5 during the course of the day. Further he prays a week’s time to file the opposition on behalf of Respondent No. 1.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 7 submits that Respondent No. 7 has not received a copy of Paper Book. Paper book be served upon the Respondent No. 7 within a week. Thereafter, Respondent No. 7 may file the opposition within four weeks with copy to the Appellant who may file the rejoinder within two weeks thereafter.
