THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned Counsel submits that vide Notification dated 4th of March, 2020, published in the Gazette of India, New Delhi, under the Amalgamation Scheme of 2020, United Bank of India amalgamates with the Punjab National Bank.
Learned Counsel to carry out necessary amendment in the array of parties within three days. Thereafter, fresh notices be sent to Respondents No. 1 and 2 and file Affidavit-of-service be filed before the next date of listing.
