THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned Counsel submits that vide Notification dated 4th of March, 2020, published in the Gazette of India, New Delhi, under the Amalgamation Scheme of 2020, Andhra Bank amalgamates with the Union Bank of India.
Learned Counsel to carry out necessary amendment in the array of parties in course of the day.
Learned Counsel for Appellant, submits that the matter has been settled by and between the parties, and seeks permission to withdraw the appeal.
In view of the above submission, the appeal, being Diary No. 96 of 2020, is dismissed as withdrawn.
