Pursuant to the earlier order of this Tribunal dated 28.09.2022, the notices were issued to the respondents on the restoration application, but office report dated 21.11.2022 shows that no affidavit of service has been filed. The said report further shows that the notices sent upon the respondent nos. 2 to 4 have returned back with endorsement “left”.
Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to take fresh steps within 15 days for service of notice upon the respondent nos. 2 to 4 through publication in the newspapers having wide circulation in the area. Affidavit of service along with proof of publication be filed by the next date.
