Ld. Counsel for appellant states that appellant is ready to deposit 25% predeposit within four weeks and prays to issue notice.
Issue notice of the application for waiver of pre-deposit (I.A. No.560/2021) and in appeal to the respondents by all permissible modes for 17.02.2023. Notice in the appeal is, however, subject to the orders to be passed on the application for waiver of pre-deposit after hearing the opposite counsel also.
