This Tribunal feels that the matter can be settled if the respondents pay to the bank an amount of Rs.40 lacs in addition to the amount of Rs.1.90 crores as ordered by the DRT vide its order dated 09.03.2022. Counsels for both the parties state that they will seek instructions in this regard from their respective clients and will apprise this Court of their stand on the next date.
