Mr. Puneet Parihar has put in appearance on behalf of the sole respondent. He states that he has not received the appeal paper book. Let the same be supplied to him within seven days. Reply, if any, be filed within seven days thereafter.
The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant had raised a preliminary objection with regard to the maintainability of the S.A. and the DRT be asked to decide the same first before proceeding to decide the other issues.
