This matter has been taken up by me through Video Conferencing.
In this appeal, there are certain objections which need to be removed. The Counsel for the appellant was appraised about the objections raised in this appeal vide order dated 02.06.2022. Thereafter, four opportunities on different dates were given but objections have not been removed and on the last two dates none had appeared for the appellant in the matter.
Even today none has appeared. As such due to non removal of objection, the appeal is rejected.
