The office report dated 06.05.2022 shows that affidavit of service has been filed, but without tracking report and no one has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent no. 2. The report further shows that neither A.D. Card nor envelops have returned back with regard to the notice sent to the respondent no. 2. The delay and waiver applications are pending consideration.
Learned counsel for the appellant may file tracking report to authenticate the service upon the respondent no. 2. However, if served, the respondent no. 2 may appear and file reply by the next date.
