Perusal of the earlier order dated 26.10.2021 shows that notices were directed to be issued within 10 days on the restoration application by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A. D. and Speed Post to the respondent, but the office report dated 06.05.2022 reveals that no steps for service have been taken by the learned counsel for the appellant. Let the learned counsel for the appellant take steps for service within a week as per earlier order dated 26.10.2021, failing which appropriate order shall be passed. If steps are taken, affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
