Since this Appeal is also preferred against the judgment passed by Learned DRT Visakhapatnam in SA No. 174 of 2020 which is under challenge in Appeal No. 06 of 2021. In Appeal No. 6 of 2021 an interim order was passed on 19th February, 2021 staying the operation of the impugned order passed by Ld. DRT Visakhapatnam on 3rd December, 2020 in SA No. 174 of 2020, same order shall also remain in force in this Appeal.
