Respondent Nos.2 to 5.4 needs to be served and the I.A. No. 310/2022 is filed for substituted service on these Respondents. For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed and the Appellant is directed to serve the un-served Respondents by substituted service by means of publication of notice in the newspapers, as prayed for.
Respondent Nos.6 and 7 submits that reply has been filed on the application for condonation of delay and the counsel undertakes that the same will be served on the counsel appearing for the Appellant.
