THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned Counsel for Respondent submits that the Appellants have preferred a Writ Petition, being WPA 2989 of 2022, before the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta, challenging the impugned order which is also under challenge in this appeal.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the appeal cannot proceed unless the writ petition is either decided or withdrawn by the Appellants.
