Mrs. Meena Mishra, Advocate appears and submits that she has filed an impleadment application on the ground that her property has been sold. The opposite counsels have no objection on the impleadment application.
Accordingly, the impleadment application is allowed. Let the necessary amendment be made by the appellant in the array of party within a week.
Learned counsel for the appellant may file rejoinder to the reply of the respondent no. 1.
