The learned counsel representing the 1st Respondent Bank submits that the copy of the Appeal memo has not yet been served upon them, and that is the reason for the delay in filing the reply.
The Appellant is directed to serve the copy of the appeal memo within a week and a reply, if any, shall be filed within three weeks thereafter with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the Appellant.
