Today there is no representation for the Appellant. Vide order dated 12.08.2022 in I.A. No. 378/2022 i.e. an application for waiver of pre-deposit, the Appellants were directed to deposit a sum of Rs.25 Lakhs in four installments. The first installment of Rs.10 Lakhs has been deposited on time and the compliance is noted on 22.08.2022.

The second installment was to be deposited of Rs.5 Lakhs on or before 01.09.2022. The same has not been complied with. The order dated 11.08.2022 is a self-working one and in case of default in payment of any of the above-referred installments, the Appeal stands dismissed automatically.

Hence, the Appeal stands dismissed for non-compliance with the order dated 11.08.2022.

All Miscellaneous Applications, if any, are dismissed as infructuous.
