Learned counsel for the applicant has moved an application being I.A. No. 35/2022 praying that the interim order dated 29.10.2021, which was granted in the present case, could not be extended due to inadvertent mistake while passing the order dated 24.03.2022, when the matter was directed to be listed on 18.07.2022 for filing reply.
After hearing the learned counsel for the appellant, it is provided that the interim order, if any passed earlier in the case, shall remain operative till next date already fixed in the case.
Accordingly, the I.A. No. 35/2022 stands disposed off.
